Trusted by Leaders Across 39 Countries

Viren helped us prepare ourselves as beginners in the commercialisation on technology. During the Leaders in Innovation Fellowship Program, we felt supported and inspired to make the changes we needed to make our solutions investment ready. Viren has a keen eye for detail and is incredibly thorough. I can't recommend Viren highly enough.

I went to London for a two-week residential program which was about entrepreneurship. Viren Lall was the main instructor there and luckily he was. He is the best in utilizing time for the course content; Viren has given us tons of knowledge that I could not expect would be possible in two weeks time. His sessions were very interesting, with his rare combination of seriousness, friendliness, and humour. He also excelled in involving all of the session participants in the topic which were around 30 people. He made look too easy, but for sure it is not.  It was a pleasure knowing him in both professional and personal levels. All in all, I would not have gained this knowledge somewhere else.

I had the privilege of joining one of Viren's classes, and it made a lasting impact on both my personal and professional life.  One of the most valuable lessons I learned was around self-awareness and habit-building, particularly accepting my unique sleep pattern without guilt. Instead of forcing myself into a mould that didn't fit, I learned to work with my natural rhythm and design my routines accordingly.  Virens' approach is both insightful and practical, blending empathy with actionable guidance. His teachings don't just inspire change, they help you sustain it. I'm truly grateful for the clarity and confidence his class has given me, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to build healthier, more intentional habits.

It was my pleasure to attend the personal Resilience sessions. They were an addition to my journey as entrepreneur and as academic. The sessions reflect the real life challenges during your journey and how to deal with them. I do recommend these sessions to all the LIF fellows. I also recommend to do AI workshops again or some AI sessions which I also attended and benefit a lot from them. I guess by the exponential growth and the diversity of AI tools and their use in business, science and all life aspects, we need extra sessions on AI. Many thanks for the Royal academy, change school and for Viren for all their support to the LIF alumni.

I worked with Viren in SMARTS 2 program. It was a major business improvement program and Viren was the lead. He displayed commendable leadership qualities, in driving a heterogeneous and virtual team, towards common goals of the program. His quick and clear understanding of the technical issues,  analytical ability and perseverance to see that solutions gets implemented brought predictability, motivation to team and above all "the results". Viren's attention to details, speed of execution, patience in dealing and removing the constraints are well admired. With him leading a program, you can be sure of success. I wish him the best in all endeavours.

Viren has been my mentor since I met him in 2022 during the Leaders in Innovation Fellowship program. Since then, he has provided me with guidance, connections, and feedback whenever I asked, which is very generous. In the latest program I joined, the Networking Module, he shared some tactical strategies that were really insightful for me. Like this brilliant one: "connecting with all the speakers one month before the event."  I look forward to learning more from you, Viren!

Viren is one of the best instructors I ever had! He has his way of explaining concepts simply, relating them to you, and delivering info in a very convincing way. He always has the patience to listen and give feedback. He has very high awareness to lots of topics and experiences, highly recommended!
